Marion Pauli-Gerz advises on public law with a focus on building planning and building code law.
Her fields of activity include, in particular, building planning and building code law with individual planning permit and urban land-use planning procedures and project developments, to which she brings decades of experience from complex court proceedings. She advises both public and private investors as well as private individuals.
Before joining WAGENSONNER Rechtsanwälte, Ms. Pauli-Gerz worked in the civil service after passing her assessor’s examination. After her time as a trial judge, she worked for the State Prosecutor’s Office, the Munich District Office and the Government of Upper Bavaria. From 1993, Ms. Pauli-Gerz worked again at the Administrative Court, initially in the area of public safety and order as well as asylum law, from 1998 as chairwoman of a building law chamber and from 2001 until her retirement at the end of 2019 as chairwoman of the 8th Division of the Administrative Court of Munich responsible for public building law in the state capital of Munich.
