Christopher Patt advises domestic and foreign clients with a focus on real estate law, commercial tenancy law and public procurement law.
His real estate business activities include supporting real estate transactions and advising on portfolio management. In this context, Christopher is involved in the “Space Recycling” working group of the Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung (gif e. V.).
Another focus of his work as a lawyer is commercial tenancy law. Mr. Patt draws up and negotiates complex commercial leases, rental and leasing agreements as well as other usage agreements and supports the multifaceted handling of these contracts. This also includes a broad range of litigation activities. He has particular expertise in the field of real estate project development. In addition, he regularly holds in-house training courses and lectures on commercial tenancy law topics.
