Andreas Pfister advises clients in the field of private and real estate law and specializes in condominium and neighbor law. He is the point of contact for all parties involved – property managers, owners, landowners, developers and purchasers of real estate – and has a broad range of experience in this field. One focus of his consultancy work is on partition declarations, community rules and the administration of condominiums. He is also well versed in building and architectural law. Among other things, Andreas Pfister drafts and reviews real estate purchase agreements, contracts for work and services and property development contracts.

He represents his clients in the in- and out-of-court enforcement and defense of claims. His many years of experience in court proceedings allow him to conduct such proceedings efficiently and economically.

Having graduated from the Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas, he is able to clarify issues relating to French law and to act for French-speaking clients.
