Leonie Hartmann advises on commercial tenancy and lease law across all asset classes—with a particular focus on the hospitality sector—as well as on real estate transactions and project developments.

She also supports sellers and buyers in extensive due diligence reviews of tenancy law. In addition, she drafts, reviews, and negotiates complex commercial rental, lease, and leasing agreements as well as other usage agreements and accompanies their complex implementation and execution.

Before joining WAGENSONNER Rechtsanwälte, Leonie Hartmann worked in real estate law at a large international law firm, where she regularly gave lectures on real estate law topics.
