Jörg Potthast is a Certified Tenancy and Residential Property Lawyer and advises and represents clients (companies and private individuals) in the field of civil law, particularly tenancy law (commercial and residential tenancy), leasehold law, real estate law and property law.

In addition to reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex civil law contracts relating to real estate, Mr. Potthast’s main areas of activity include providing ongoing advice to real estate holders and the procedural enforcement of claims.

Before joining WAGENSONNER Rechtsanwälte, Mr. Potthast was already active in real estate law and advised members of a homeowners’ and landowners’ association and lectured on various topics relating to real estate.
