As a Certified Administrative Lawyer, Dr. Nikolai Lück has been advising companies in Germany and abroad on the development and implementation of major industrial and commercial projects for many years. His focus is on environmental, construction, mining and energy law, covering the metal processing/foundry, semiconductor industry, electronic components, raw material extraction and processing (e.g. brickworks), food, chemicals, renewable energy as well as agricultural livestock farms and slaughterhouses.

His legal advice covers all legal issues arising in connection with the development, transaction and support of existing businesses, such as obtaining and maintaining the necessary permits under public law (e.g. under emission control, mining, water and building law) and application management, representation in official supervisory and monitoring procedures, new/reorganization of building rights/land-use plans, handling of conflicts with neighbors, e.g. in the context of complaint situations, business expansions/changes, adjacent new construction projects or newly planned building areas, including the corresponding drafting of contracts.

When necessary, these activities involve close coordination with experts, particularly for technical issues, e.g. in the areas of air hygiene, vibration, noise, contaminated sites and hydrogeology, for whose involvement in legal issues a network has been established over many years.
