Dr. Gernot Lissack

As a Certified Administrative Lawyer, Dr. Gernot Lissack has been representing and advising private and public builders and property owners, in particular investors, property developers and project developers in the creation, modification and safeguarding of building law since 1998.

His advice covers all issues, particularly in connection with urban land-use planning procedures and corresponding urban development contracts, approval procedures under building code law, administrative contracts for the development of interior projects or projects requiring exemptions from a development plan and encompassing, in addition to building planning and building code law, all supplementary areas of law, such as emission control, nature conservation and specialist planning law. Dr. Lissack often acts as an expert advisor to awarding authorities in the context of competition procedures accompanying the creation and conversion of building rights.

He has a large network and is not only able to provide proposals for handling legal issues in the shortest possible time, but also to determine the appropriate contacts in each case.

In addition to these aspects, Dr. Lissack has particular academic and practical expertise in municipal law and advises numerous municipalities, municipal associations and public sector associations and companies.

Due to the exceptional size of the teams in public and the related areas of law, tasks of any dimension and difficulty can be dealt with promptly.
