Dr. Florian Seebauer advises in the area of public law. The focus of his work is on advising and representing investors, but also local authorities in connection with the creation of building rights. He covers all facets of public law relevant to the land-use planning, planning permitting and approval process, particularly construction planning law, building code law, emission control law and nature conservation law.

Another focus of our work is the drafting of urban development contracts.

Dr. Florian Seebauer also specializes in the law of local improvement assessments and municipal tax law, particularly in reviewing the legality of statutes and notices in connection with the levying of contributions for the construction of roads, water supply and drainage systems.
