Ulrich Reblin advises and represents clients in and out of court in all areas of private real estate law, particularly real estate and land register law, private construction law including the law of real estate development contracts as well as commercial and residential tenancy law. A particular focus is on advising domestic and foreign clients on real property transactions and real estate project development. His clients include public corporations, associations, real estate companies, companies in the energy industry and insurance companies.
In addition to providing advice and drafting contracts, Ulrich specializes in the judicial enforcement of claims in the aforementioned practice areas as well as in other areas of civil law. This also includes assisting clients in appeal proceedings as a correspondence lawyer in coordination with the lawyers working at the German Federal Supreme Court.
