We see ourselves as a specialized real estate and construction law “boutique,” offering our clients optimal, integrated advice in real estate law with a fast, efficient and highly specialized team of lawyers and rapid communication channels.

Due to the size of our real estate and construction law advisory team, we are also able to support very complex projects, project developments and transactions. Our clients have a fixed contact person at their disposal for the entire duration of their mandate.

In this way, we have been successfully supporting major projects throughout Germany, many large-volume real estate transactions and complex urban land-use planning procedures for decades. Our clients include domestic and foreign investors, industrial companies, banks, real estate project developers, real estate portfolio holders and many medium-sized companies. However, we are also happy to represent private individuals in connection with public and private building law issues.
